UAE PASS, and nothing else.

There is no account to create, no password to set, no invitation email to chase. The client taps sign in, approves it in UAE PASS, and the government has already told us who they are. Their record was on the platform before they arrived, attached to the unit and to the agent handling it.

Because there is no password, there is no password to reset, phish, or reuse. Because there is no fallback email link, there is no shadow account for someone to claim later.

One person, several roles.

A person is not a role. Yasmin Fakhouri owns Unit 1203 in Marina Gate, rents the villa she lives in, and has an offer running on a third property. That is one human, one Emirates ID, one sign-in. Keys scopes what she sees by identity rather than by a role stamped on an account, so she gets the owner statement for the first, the tenancy for the second, and the offer letter for the third.

Agency staff are clients too. An agent who rents through her own firm sees her own tenancy in Keys the way any tenant does, and being staff gets her nothing extra on that record.

The hiding is done by the database.

Keys is not a copy of the platform. No export, no nightly sync, no second portal database quietly drifting from the first. It reads the same rows the agent works in, filtered by the identity that asked for them, so the owner’s fee invoice is not merely styled out of the tenant view. It is never sent there, because it is not the tenant’s document.

When Sara files the Ejari copy in Atlas at 14:32, the owner has it at 14:32. Nothing to reconcile, and nowhere for a stale figure to sit.

The tenant view is assembled from the leases where their contact is the tenant and the invoices addressed to them. The owner’s side is never queried, so there is nothing to hide.

The owner view is their live ownership periods plus the invoices in their own name — which is where the agency fee sits, because the fee is deducted from what the owner is owed, not added to the tenant’s rent.

A buyer is the contact on one deal. They see that deal and the documents they are asked to sign. The tenancy, the rent ledger and the other bidders are not part of their record.

Their side of it fits in a pocket.

Keys is where the client actually meets the record: signed in with UAE PASS, on a phone, between meetings. Four things are reachable, and nothing that is not theirs is one of them.
